Over the Hill ?????

Ughhhh... you know I wasn't really dreading turning over the hill today. That was until I woke up this morning with a terrible stiff neck. :( It is one thing to be getting older but to have to feel older is entirely unfair. Oh well.... guess that is just how it goes.

On a more happy note, Brian surprised me at work yesterday with a beautiful bouquet of long stemmed red roses. Yeah!!!!! Thank you sweetie, I loved them so much and yes you did do a good job of embarrassing me.



So what am I doing for my birthday?? Not working that is for sure. I have taken the day off from work. Instead my mom and I are going to drive down to Springfield to visit Brian. My mom has not been down there yet so I figured it was a good opportunity to show her where I am going to be living. We are also going to try and get a few flowers planted in the front yard. Plus Springfield has some really fun Antique Stores that my mom has been wanting to explore so we are going to fit that in as well. The weather is going to be nice so it should be a fun day.
