Wow, things are really starting to come together. Last week I found a photographer for the wedding. After checking out several online and actually meeting with one I was a little scared that I would not be able to find one that meet our budget requirements and that I felt comfortable with. I was ready to include my tripod and camera with my wedding day essentials. But our wedding coordinator came to my rescue and recommended someone who is just wonderful. She has already photographed a wedding at the same place we will have our ceremony so it was great to see those pictures. So Yeah Kerry for being such a valuable resource.
This past weekend I was down at Brian's and we painted the 2nd bedroom. We are really great partners on projects. He did all the brush and detail work while I did the roller work. We had the room done in no time. It looks great and I managed to pick out a paint color that matches perfectly with an area rug that we want to put into the room.
This weekend we are headed out to the Southern Wa Northern Or coast to check out some honeymoon locations. It will be fun to get away and play for a bit. We have been doing so much work lately between wedding plans and his house, I want to make sure we also take time to play together.
But I am just happy that all the major plans are now out of the way. But then keeping the wedding simple meant simple plans and in the end I hope very little stress and a great celebration. Hopefully in the coming weeks we will get a registry put together and then I can share that.
